- Discord username when you contact our support team
- Purchase information processed by third-party platforms
- Server information voluntarily shared for support purposes
How we use your information
Section titled “How we use your information”Any information collected is used exclusively to provide support, process purchases and improve our products. We do not sell, share or transfer your personal data to third parties.
Third-party platforms
Section titled “Third-party platforms”Our plugins are distributed through Spigot, Modrinth and BuiltByBit. Purchases and payments are handled entirely by these platforms under their own privacy policies. We do not store payment information.

Data retention
