By purchasing, downloading or using any plugin developed by Blakube Design, you agree to the following terms.
License
Section titled “License”Each plugin is sold under a per-server license unless otherwise stated. You may install the plugin on servers that you own or manage. Redistribution, resale or sharing of plugin files is strictly prohibited.
Permitted use
Section titled “Permitted use”- Install the plugin on your own Minecraft servers
- Modify configuration files for personal use
- Request support through our official Discord
Prohibited use
Section titled “Prohibited use”- Redistributing or reselling plugin files in any form
- Decompiling, reverse engineering or modifying the plugin source code
- Using the plugin to violate Minecraft’s EULA or any applicable law
- Claiming authorship or ownership of Blakube Design products
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the plugin does not work as described after following the setup documentation, contact us within 7 days of purchase on Discord.
Updates and support
Section titled “Updates and support”We aim to keep our plugins compatible with the latest Paper versions. Support is provided through our Discord server. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older Minecraft versions with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
Section titled “Limitation of liability”Blakube Design is not responsible for any data loss, server downtime or damages arising from the use or misuse of our plugins. Always back up your server before installing new plugins.
